Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you ample time to ensure your performance wear meets your standards for both style and function.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear and Swim Products (including More Swim, Swim, Swim Tops, and Swimsuit Bottoms)
- Sports Bras and Shop All Bras (due to intimate nature of these products)
We ensure all swimwear and intimate apparel items are thoroughly inspected before shipping to guarantee quality and performance.
